מה האפליקציה עושה
מסע עוזרת לתכנן טיול: לבנות מסלול יומי, לשמור עצירות ומקומות לינה, לראות מה נמצא בקרבתכם ולנהל יומן מסע. השירות ניתן כמו שהוא.
🔴 המסלול נוצר על ידי בינה מלאכותית — בדקו לפני שאתם מסתמכים
המסלולים נוצרים אוטומטית ועלולים להיות שגויים: שעות פתיחה משתנות, מקומות נסגרים, אתרים דורשים הזמנה מראש, ולפעמים המקום שנבחר אינו בדיוק המקום שהתכוונו אליו. באחריותכם לאמת כל פרט קריטי — שעות, מחיר, נגישות והזמנה — מול המקום עצמו לפני שאתם יוצאים לדרך. אל תסתמכו על האפליקציה בלבד לטיסות, לכרטיסים או לכל דבר שאי אפשר לבטל.
🔴 מסע לא מזמינה עבורכם כלום
כששומרים מקום לינה באפליקציה, זה נשמר כדי לתכנן את הימים סביבו — זו אינה הזמנה. את ההזמנה עצמה צריך לבצע בנפרד, מול המלון או מול אתר הזמנות. מסע אינה צד בעסקה, אינה גובה תשלום עבור לינה ואינה אחראית להזמנות שביצעתם במקום אחר.
כפתורי ההזמנה באפליקציה (מלון, טיסה, כרטיסים, eSIM, הסעה לנמל התעופה) פותחים אתר של שותף. ההזמנה, התשלום, המחיר, הזמינות, הביטולים והשירות — כולם של השותף ולפי התנאים שלו. אם תזמינו דרך קישור כזה, מסע עשויה לקבל מהשותף עמלה; המחיר שלכם לא משתנה. «כבר הזמנתי» הוא סימון שלכם בלבד — מסע לא בודקת אותו. כך גם «הזמנת Uber»: הנסיעה, המחיר והשירות של Uber, ומסע לא מקבלת ממנה עמלה.
מרחקים וזמני נסיעה הם הערכה
כל זמן נסיעה ומרחק באפליקציה הוא הערכה המבוססת על קו אווירי ומהירות משוערת. אין באפליקציה נתוני תנועה בזמן אמת. השתמשו באפליקציית ניווט אמיתית כשאתם בדרך.
שימוש הוגן
יצירת מסלולים וחיפושים כפופים למגבלות יומיות, כדי שהשירות יישאר זמין ובעלות סבירה. אין לנסות לעקוף אותן, לגרד את השירות או להשתמש בו באופן אוטומטי.
התוכן שלכם
הטיולים, ההערות והיומן שלכם שייכים לכם. יומן המסע נשמר במכשיר שלכם בלבד — ראו מדיניות הפרטיות. אנחנו לא תובעים בעלות על שום דבר שאתם כותבים.
אחריות
השירות ניתן ללא אחריות מכל סוג, במידה המרבית המותרת בדין. לא נהיה אחראים לנזק עקיף או תוצאתי הנובע משימוש באפליקציה, לרבות מסלול שגוי, מקום סגור או הזמנה שלא בוצעה.
שינויים והפסקת שירות
אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את התנאים או את האפליקציה, ואף להפסיק את השירות. שינוי מהותי יעודכן כאן, עם התאריך שבראש העמוד.

Your use of Masa is subject to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the app.
What the app does
Masa helps you plan a trip: build a daily itinerary, save stops and places to stay, see what is nearby, and keep a travel journal. The service is provided as is.
Itineraries are AI-generated — verify before you rely on them
Itineraries are produced automatically and can be wrong: opening hours change, places close, some sites require booking ahead, and occasionally the place selected is not exactly the one intended. You are responsible for verifying anything critical — hours, price, accessibility, reservations — with the venue itself before you travel. Do not rely on the app alone for flights, tickets, or anything non-refundable.
Masa does not book anything for you
Saving a place to stay records it so the days can be planned around it — it is not a reservation. You must book separately, with the hotel or a booking site. Masa is not a party to that transaction, does not charge for accommodation, and is not responsible for bookings you make elsewhere.
The app's booking buttons (hotel, flight, tickets, eSIM, airport ride) open a partner's site. The booking, the payment, the price, availability, cancellations and service all belong to that partner, under its terms. If you book through such a link, Masa may earn a commission from the partner; your price stays the same. "I already booked" is only your own mark — Masa does not check it. The same goes for "Get an Uber": the ride, its price and service are Uber's, and Masa earns no commission from it.
Distances and travel times are estimates
Every travel time and distance in the app is an estimate based on a straight line and an assumed speed. There is no live traffic data. Use a real navigation app when you are on the move.
Fair use
Itinerary generation and searches are subject to daily limits so the service stays available and affordable. Do not attempt to circumvent them, scrape the service, or use it in an automated way.
Your content
Your trips, notes and journal are yours. The journal is stored only on your device — see the Privacy Policy. We claim no ownership of anything you write.
Liability
The service is provided without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including an incorrect itinerary, a closed venue, or a booking that was never made.
Changes and discontinuation
We may update these terms or the app, and may discontinue the service. A material change will be reflected here, with the date at the top.
